Hi Marina, I hope you will enjoy.
I am using google advertizing so people will find my site since about two months. I have got 1180 unique visitors spending about 4 minutes on average on my site. Top country has been Nigeria with the most visitors followed by USA.
That is the statistics from Wix, my website provider. But google states that 2000 times people have clicked to get to my site. Something does not add up. But its better than nothing. I hope one day a lot of Jehovah's witnesses would find this site.
Best regards your brother Jan

Hi Kosonen,

Congratulations and many good wishes to you and your team. Like you, I hope a lot will find your site as well, perhaps about 8.5 mil to be more exact. I really hope what you're putting up in ink over there will catch the attention of their eyes and be able to maintain that attention. One thing you got going in your favor in that respect is you quote from the NWT and as we all know new rejectionists of that faith desire not to reject the NWT but instead tend to hold tightly to it. It's a phenomenon that's not easily explained or understood but it is prevalent just the same.

All the best to you,

Stranger, (2Cor 2:14)

Stranger NWT has Jehovah's name in the New Testament. We all know that is wrong. But the point is that NWT acts a bit like Strong's or a concordance.
Before being contacted I knew my way round the King James, but once you have studied with Watchtower, one thing they do give you is a great source of cross references. The Churches do not give you much of an education in the Old Testament. Watchtower does and that is useful.
Now the internet has brought us every translation going and Strong's numbers plus great commentaries. But when you have studied the NWT and know your way around it, it becomes what you are familiar with when looking up verses. When you come across mistakes/queries, it has never been easier to dig deeper.

Hi Marina,

Thank you for explaining your stance with the NWT and the WT.

What I will graciously say is that they may have been or still are the one you count on but they are not the one for you. Not now.

I'll put it like this - when something is clear at least it can be used for some purpose, whether to reveal its error or truth. But when it is neither one thing or the other it is useless.

That is true, they love their footnotes even though a lot of them lead to a foot in the mouth for them.

For instance when I read Ps 148:5 in the NWT, ... ("Let them praise the name Jehovah, for he himself commanded and they were created".) I don't believe they are being truthful when they put in the "he himself" part.

At Col 1:16, of the NWT it has a footnote of q right after where it says " because by means of him" which would take the follower of the footnotes to Jn 1:3 which says in the NWT "All things came into existence through him and APART from him not even one thing came into existence.

The truth that they claim to have is not found at Ps 148:5 in the NWT as the NWBTC has translated it in my view, what would you say it is, error or truth, or neither one thing or the other?

You step through such a tangle. I am sure you can sort it out if you need to without my help.
