A question related to this forum called "Discuss the Truth"

Hello folks,

I would like to learn how this forum (called "Discuss the Truth") was started. How did it get started? Who started it? Who owns it? Is the person perhaps an ex-JW?

For anyone who can inform me about this, I want to say in advance "Thank You Very Much!"
