We have entered a time when trust in institutions, religious and secular, is diminishing rapidly.

The internet, like a microscope trained on a drop of lake water, is exposing what has always been there but not so readily seen by all the people- the impurities, lies and hypocrisies, of men especially of men and women in positions of power and leadership religious and secular.

Yes trust is diminishing and newspapers are businesses with their own agenda. They don't tell you what is really happening. But you look at the column inches and the position of the article, the vocabulary used, the names mention and you can make a shrew guess about what is valued by the the media owners.

Yes, the internet does provide a place where the ones who never get heard can explain what they have seen.

Given that trust is evaporating, it is interesting to consider what exactly Western Society is. Bobcat said he felt it was being destroyed.
