BODY OF CHRIST

I have loved you
intensely
as the master has commanded
I have spoken
the words of Truth
as I was taught them
I was joyful
to have known you
and I have bowed low , even to the ground
when I have failed you
I have known happiness
pain , conflict , strife
and peace
have soared with understanding
and fallen short
of standards
to perfect for my flesh
I have forgiven
even when seriously wronged
which I found
easier
to do than forgive my self
I have seen your
weaknesses and strengths
and found elation
when you have conquered
obstacles I considered
to large even for me
together we have walked
yes even run our course
been broken and repaired together
been still silent
even hours together in the same place
I have lived with you
without you
a room away
and a continent away
and yet never apart
We have loved
the same master
who has touched our hearts
with the Truth
that without you
Love could not exist
and I would be alone
having never known
something that was greater
than my self

Your work is so inspiring and beautiful! It makes me want to write poetry again....
You flow through words like a Christian writer named Sarah Young. She's a bit controversial
Or so I hear
but...you should really consider devotional pieces or writing a prayer book.

I have wondered at being "driven" to write .

is "you received free give free" ...strictly for upbuilding the faithful .

Eph 4:11-13 "And he gave some... with a view to the readjustment of the holy ones, for ministerial work, to build up the body of the Christ, until we all attain to the oneness of the faith and of the accurate knowledge of the Son of God... attaining the measure of stature that belongs to the fullness of the Christ."

I view your gift in this light. The arrangement that comes from this type of encouragement for the holy ones, the faithful, is very much needed and overwhelmingly appreciated. A composition of the nature suggested by GodsWordIsTruth would absolutely be for the praise, honor, and glory to our heavenly father. So I encourage you to consider it as a work of sacred service unto the Lord, that is unto the entire Body of Christ, Head (Christ himself) and for the individual and collective faithful body members. It is encouragement like this that is contingent of the attainment to the oneness (completion) of the heavenly hope through these types of spiritual renderings.

Thank you , sorry I haven't been around much lately , I've had
health probs since august , I seem to be on the mend . Age
has most potent disadvantages .
