Relative Dates for Posts

Hi all

I've implemented a relative date system on posts, which I think is easier for us humans to follow. So instead of saying the actual date/time something was posted it will say "8 minutes ago" or "1 week ago", etc.

Hopefully everyone agrees with me, but feel free to let me know by PM if not. If enough people don't like it I'll restore the old way of doing it.
