Hi Kosonen

Have you tried TePes for cleaning between your teeth? You have to get the right size so it actually brushes firmly against your teeth. Put fluoride toothpaste on them. If you want a gentle but effective fluoride toothpaste, this make is outstanding. It has no Sodium Lauryl Sulphate in it - so it will be gentle on your teeth and gums but effective because of the fluoride.

You can get mixed bag of TePes - giving you all the sizes so you can experiment and see which is right for you. Search under:

TEPE Interdental Brushes Original Mixed Pack With Sizes 0.4-1.5Mm / Simple And Effective Cleaning Of Interdental Spaces / 1 X 8 Brushes 8

Also dental tape - this one is easy to use and does not break or get stuck in your teeth.

Don't worry about not being able to buy or sell at some point. Jesus said we were to pray 'give us this day our daily bread.' So Our Father will be giving us what we need. What else can we do?

Also look at the dove in the account of Noah's flood - a bird, just a little bird and its found no place for the sole of its foot. So the little bird goes back into a historic piece of marine history, designed by God, built by the man who is himself caring for this little bird. Until this little bird is able to cope outside, it is well provided for by Almighty God. More than that, the little bird gets written up the most awesome piece of literature ever written.

(Genesis 8:8-12) . . .Later he sent out from him a dove to see whether the waters had abated from the surface of the ground. 9 And the dove did not find any resting-place for the sole of its foot, and so it returned to him into the ark because the waters were yet upon the surface of the whole earth. At that he put his hand out and took it and brought it to himself inside the ark. 10 And he went on waiting still another seven days, and once again he sent out the dove from the ark. 11 Later on the dove came to him about the time of evening and, look! there was an olive leaf freshly plucked in its bill, and so Noah got to know that the waters had abated from the earth. 12 And he went on waiting still another seven days. Then he sent out the dove, but it did not come back again to him anymore.

Further Jesus said

(Luke 12:23-26) . . .For the soul is worth more than food and the body than clothing. 24 Mark well that the ravens neither sow seed nor reap, and they have neither barn nor storehouse, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more worth are YOU than birds? 25 Who of you by being anxious can add a cubit to his life span? 26 If, therefore, you cannot do the least thing, why be anxious about the remaining things?

We are in God's hands. We don't need to flap. Even if we do feel a bit flappy from time-to-time.

Also Corsodyl mouth wash for gum problems - active agent is Chlorhexidine Digluconate. It is antibacterial.

Natural alternatives - salt water or bicarbonate of soda in water. Or vinegar diluted in water - perhaps even honey in water. Just suggestions - haven't tried them.

Also use disclosure tablets from time-to-time

Electric toothbrushes are a great help. Aim it where the plaque is.

Electric brushes can be harsh so if you get problems go back to hand brushing. Or mix hand brushing with occasional electric.
