Kerry:

To open and stimulate conversation is that not what goes on here?

So when Jesus speaks to you, does he tell you that he is equal to his Father?

Was this not his way?
Soooo, just wondering what it is he says to you...

Do not Christ's words and teachings in the Gospels speak for him?

Is that not enough for us?

Still wondering what it is he says to you in relation to him being equal to his Father...

Kerry:

If my post on this thread did not make that clear then what else can be said?

Why are you asking a question already answered?

What was Jesus' relationship with the Father?

Did he not state it clearly?

In the sense that Gods image of himself is equal to him. Yes.

Been looking for the part where you made it clear and cannot find it.

First you asked: -
QuestionsFromReaders wrote: 1 week ago Is Jesus equal to the Father?
Then you responded to this question with: -
QuestionsFromReaders wrote: 1 week ago Should we not allow Jesus to speak for himself? Allow his spirit, his inner self, to reach our hearts? To savor his love for his Father, to allow his ocean of love for his Father to flood over us and keep us?
I am missing the part where you clearly said if Jesus was or was not equal to his Father?

To this point you have asked the question, responded to your own question implying that Jesus can enter into our own inner self and answer, then you clarified this by saying this was by means of reading Jesus words, but you have not yourself said anything either way nor have you quoted any words of Jesus or the bible.

Obviously there are many multitudes of people reading and studying Jesus words everyday but people are divided on what to believe with regards him being equal to the Father.

To some it is clear that he is equal.
To others it is clear that he is not equal.
To others it is clear that he is the Father.

Personally, I do not beleive that Jesus is equal to his Father because that I what I beleive the words of Jesus and the scriptures themselves clearly imply.

Of all the creatures that the Father made there is none like the firstborn of all creation.

He is the one that most resembles the Father, an exact image and likeness, but he is NOT equal.

If you don't want to answer then that is fine.
But don't pretend as if you gave a clear answer when you clearly did not.

Kind Regards
